Credit goes to all the successive
Lt. Governors and Governors and Lady Governors who made
their contributions to the maintenance and upkeep of
the Raj Bhavan. Repairs, renovations, alterations and
additions, without causing damage to the architectural
and aesthetic aspects of the Raj Bhavan, have been a
continuous feature. It is worth mentioning that it is
only because of the consistent efforts made by the Governors
and their wives that the Raj Bhavan could maintain such
a standard.
